Joel Spolsky runs Fog Creek Software, makers of the popular FogBugz bug tracking software.

His blog, Joel on Software, contains articles on the business and management of software development; his books, which are great reads, are pretty much just edited versions of his site.

Joel is a talented and insightful writer. If you're in the software business, this is a must-read.
